On Thursday, August 2, over 800 people attended the kick-off event for Higher than the Mountains--a Peder Eide concert at the Bottineau County Fairgrounds. The weather was absolutely perfect, and with our high turnout, we made great leaps towards our $75,000 goal. Besides Peder Eide and Mike, Cody, & Jordan (whose band the concertgoers named "Velcro Shoelace"!), the concert featured a special performance from Jennifer Behm.
